Ingredients

  • water
    20 cl water
  • butter
    20 g butter
  • shallot
    shallot
  • 2 frozen or fresh black pollock fillets
  • 1 fish and shellfish bouillon cube
  • yellow lemon

Instructions

Melt the bouillon in water in a saucepan over low heat. Add the lemon and butter, then bring to a gentle boil, stirring occasionally.

Arrange the fish in an ovenproof dish with the sliced shallot.

Cover everything with the bouillon/water/lemon/butter mixture.

Bake at 230°C (450°F) for 30 to 40 minutes.
