Spinach is often not among children's favorite vegetables (nor among adults, for that matter). With this super simple and quick recipe, discover another way to cook them. This vegetarian dish can be served with rice or pasta and pairs very well with chicken or fish. Also a delight with naan! The cooking time is quite long to evaporate as much water as possible from frozen spinach.

  • olive oil
    15 g olive oil
  • cumin
    2 tsp cumin
  • curry powder
    1 tsp curry powder
  • turmeric
    ½ tsp turmeric
  • coconut milk
    250 g coconut milk
  • 2 garlic cloves
  • 1 yellow onion
  • 200 g tomato coulis
  • 600 g frozen spinach

Thermomix Instructions

Add to the bowl1–2

  • 2 Gousses d'ail
  • 1 Oignon jaune

Add the lid with the measuring cup.

Blend 6 sec / speed 5.

Scrape down the sides of the bowl with the spatula.

Add 15 grams of olive oil into the Thermomix bowl.
