Ingredients

  • tomato
    2 tomato
  • olive oil
    5 tbsp olive oil
  • vinegar
    2 tbsp vinegar
  • pepper
    pepper
  • salt
    salt
  • 3 chicken cutlets
  • 1 pkg mesclun-type salad
  • 1 container bacon bits
  • 75 g Emmental or Gruyère
  • 1 1/3 baguette bread baguette
  • 2 tbsp couscous or curry spices
  • Herbes de Provence

Instructions

Sprinkle the chicken cutlets with couscous or curry spices and cook in a skillet with a knob of butter.

When browned, remove and cut into strips, then return to the skillet to finish cooking. Set aside.

Brown the bacon bits in a skillet without adding fat.

Set aside.

Cut the bread into small croutons and sauté in a skillet with a little butter.

Stir so they don’t burn.

Set aside.

Dice the tomatoes and cheese.

Prepare the vinaigrette by mixing salt and pepper in a bowl.

Herbes de Provence, oil, and vinegar.

Arrange the plates by placing the salad first. Add the diced tomatoes, bacon bits, and cheese.

Finally, neatly arrange the chicken strips.

Dress just before serving with the vinaigrette.
