The Chablis-style ham is one of those Burgundian dishes that bring pleasure without overthinking. Well-rolled slices of ham, topped with a white wine sauce from Chablis, melting shallots, cream, and a touch of tomato... it's flavorful, a bit rich, but easy to make and very tasty. We make it when we crave a comforting dish that’s different from the classics.
