Preheat the oven

Preheat the oven to 110°C using the fan-assisted mode.

Prepare the bowl

Add the egg whites and salt into the Thermomix bowl.

Insert the butterfly whisk into the bowl.

Clean and dry the bowl

Rinse the bowl and lid, then dry thoroughly.

Heat and whisk

Heat the egg whites, then gradually add the granulated sugar through the lid opening after 5 minutes.

Rinse the bowl and lid, then dry thoroughly.

Add powdered sugar

Gradually add the powdered sugar through the lid opening in a fine stream.

Shape the meringues

Distribute the meringue using a spoon or piping bag according to the desired size and shape.
