Tartiflette is a dish that smells wonderfully of Haute Savoie (and Savoie :)) and is simply and quickly prepared with the Thermomix. The original recipe was developed in the 1980s by the SIR, the Interprofessional Reblochon Union, to promote Reblochon sales. The name 'tartiflette' is a recent invention (early 1990s), derived from the Savoyard dialect word for potato 'tartiflâ'.
